There was once a real estate broker, he brought on a lady to be a real estate agent.

He said to the lady that “if you sell a house I will buy you and your family dinner.”

Done, a house was sold and off to dinner they went.

He said to the lady, “sell 10 and I will send your family on vacation.”

Done, and off to the resort they went.

He said “WOW, you are doing great, become the top producer in the office and I will get you a new car”.

Done, the car was hers.

So what is the point of this?  The broker’s entire success was based upon the success of the salesperson.  The real estate agents ability to sell is the life-line of the industry.  If a broker does not have a good salesperson working under him, then he must be that good salesperson.

 

For this reason quality real estate salespeople are compensated very well!  But selling does not come naturally to all of us. It can be a daunting awkward task.   Do not worry.
